Hmmm....I wonder if American & European women/girls will regain their 'glamour' and 'character' when they regain their discretionary spending...this reminds me of the swoony paean for Japanese customers, until the yen tanked and they got kicked to the curb.

Besides the launch speak is always nuanced by the country the fragrance is launching at, at the time. When in Rome, etc. etc.
But the point is: Marketeers are looking to tap into Asia like never before. And by Asia they mean China and the southeast.
