The prices is a whole other story: it's as if something has to be expensive for it to be taken seriously, an attitude I despise personally.Perfumeshrinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06222733129203280662noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3792393342962796253.post-69539206617741686082009-07-12T21:28:08.227+01:002009-07-12T21:28:08.227+01:00I am confused about how these are labeled "pu...I am confused about how these are labeled "pure perfume," since they are blended with perfumer's alcohol in dilution, on the spot. Nonetheless, I do like them. I bought the Oud knowing that I was paying 90% for the hype of the custom typed label and refrigerated bases, and 10% for the absolute brilliant nose who assembled these delicious perfumes. I hate perfume backstories and buzzJimmyfresnohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10067547661176937830noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3792393342962796253.post-52474205426557368932009-01-06T16:39:00.000+00:002009-01-06T16:39:00.000+00:00S,I am not sure if it had circulated back in Octob...S,

I am not sure if it had circulated back in October, so don't kick yourself for that!
They're taking a cue out of the Clinique skincare paradigm, I guess, and the overhelmingly appreciative audience of people reading about perfume (you know, LT and CB and all the rest of it...) History will determine if it was a successful stint.Perfumeshrinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06222733129203280662noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3792393342962796253.post-73393627890694155892009-01-06T16:37:00.000+00:002009-01-06T16:37:00.000+00:00K,oh dear, we were all over the place, two differe...K,

oh dear, we were all over the place, two different sojourns, being driven to unknown places, LOL

Yeah, the price is somehow too much. I wonder why they choose to offer this only in pure parfum. I feel that since it's such a coveted commodity they feel whoever seeks it out in the first place would buy it anyway (?)Perfumeshrinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06222733129203280662noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3792393342962796253.post-88001400180818582002009-01-06T16:35:00.000+00:002009-01-06T16:35:00.000+00:00Sue,you're welcome. But I utterly disliked their counter there, and their illusion of clinical approach to perfumery. Well, perfumes are chemical fluids, but misses something important if (only) presented like that..Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3792393342962796253.post-48816845795576778592009-01-06T13:59:00.000+00:002009-01-06T13:59:00.000+00:00I wondered when you said you were going to Albion ...I wondered when you said you were going to Albion if you meant Londinium! Hope you're having a lovely time, sorry it's so cold.

I liked Poivre 23, on me it was pure pepper and then quite incensey! I'm not sure if my skin turns everything that way!

I found the price too much, I would only pay that much for pure parfum Guerlain! Or is this going to be a heartbreak after I realize that I can't get my hands on a bottle?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
